Customer satisfaction is our priority, In case you are not happy with the delivery, you can provide the following information to our service delivery team at info@ladir.pk.com

• All orders within Pakistan are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. However, on some occasions, it might not always be possible to ensure delivery to all areas within a specific date range.

• Orders received after 3 pm will be dispatched the next day.

• Orders received on Sundays or National holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business/working day.
